Most businesses are live within 48 hours. We handle the entire setup. Configuring Hahny for your business, connecting your scheduling calendar, and testing the full flow before anything goes live. You provide a few details about your business and we do the rest.

Everything Hahny books shows up in your dashboard instantly. If something needs to be corrected, you can see it and reach out to the customer directly. Hahny is also configured to hand off to you gracefully when a question is outside her scope. She never guesses on pricing, availability conflicts, or complex requests.

No. Hahny gets her own dedicated local number for your business. You keep your existing number. Customers text or call Hahny's number and she handles it. You can forward your existing number to Hahny's number if you want her to handle everything.

No long-term contracts. Month to month on all plans. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. The setup fee covers configuration and onboarding. After that it is a flat monthly fee with no surprises.

Yes. Your dashboard shows every conversation in full, the complete SMS thread, word for word. You can see exactly what Hahny said, what the customer said, and what was booked. Nothing is hidden.

The setup fee covers full configuration of Hahny for your specific business, your services, your scheduling calendar, your hours, your tone. It also includes testing, onboarding, and a walkthrough of your dashboard. You are not paying for software, you are paying for a configured, ready-to-run service.

All plans include email support. Standard and Pro plans include priority support. Pro includes bi-weekly check-in calls with your account manager. If something breaks, we fix it. You never troubleshoot alone.

Yes, anytime. If your volume grows and you need call and email handling, upgrading to Standard takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle.
