This Privacy Policy describes how Hahny (“Hahny”, “we”, “our”), a product of Hahn AI, collects and uses information when you interact with our AI receptionist service. This policy covers SMS communications handled by Hahny on behalf of the small businesses we serve.

What we collect

When you contact a business that uses Hahny, we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• The name of the business you're reaching out to (when relevant)
• The service you're requesting or the reason for your visit

We collect these details directly from the messages you send (text, call, or email) so Hahny can serve you and book your appointment.

How we use it

We use the information you provide for one purpose: scheduling your appointment and sending you the related confirmations and reminders. That means:

• Booking your appointment on the business's calendar
• Sending you a confirmation message
• Sending you a reminder before your appointment
• Letting the business owner see who reached out, what they need, and when they're booked

We do not use your information for marketing communications outside the scope of your scheduled appointment.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your information is stored on behalf of the business you contacted and is available to that business so it can serve you.

We use a small number of service providers to operate Hahny, including a messaging carrier (to send and receive your texts), an AI provider (to power Hahny's responses), a calendar booking system (to manage appointments), and a database host (to store your information securely). Each provider is bound by contract to use your data only for the purpose of running the service.

Your choices

You can opt out of SMS messages from Hahny at any time by replying STOP to any text. You can request help by replying HELP.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Email hello@hahn.ai and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
